Dr. Barr was born in Taiwan, and raised in Massachusetts. He joined MaineOrtho after practicing for 3 years in the Indian Health Service in Gallup, NM, where he cared for Navajo, Zuni, and Hopi Native Americans. Dr. Barr has 3 children and lives with his family in North Yarmouth.
